OB3 Semi-Annual Members Meeting

The Spring meeting will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Clubhouse, 3305 Heron Lane, Lavallette, NJ, starting at 9 am. Members will also be able to attend the meeting via Zoom. The Zoom link has been sent to all members via email. Three By-Law changes have been proposed. Voting on these and the accepting of the October 25, 2025 minutes will be held electronically by Simply Voting. See details below.

How to Vote by Mail/Email

Voting will be held using the software program, “Simply Voting.”  Members will be voting on accepting the October 25, 2025 Meeting Minutes and three By-Law changes, listed below. Voting will take place starting June 13 @ 6:00 pm until June 15 @ 6:00 pm.

• Meeting Minutes for the Fall Membership Meeting, October 25, 2025
• By Law Change – Eliminate Two Signatures
• By Law Change – Nomination by Call to Candidates Notice
• By-Law Change – Correct Typo – Assessments

Members will receive their Ballot via the email on file at the OB3 Office unless they have indicated that they prefer to receive US Mail. The email will be sent by Simply Voting with instructions.
