INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF 2026 MEMBERSHIP DUES
For 2026, membership annual dues is $780.00.
Membership dues were due April 1, 2026. In addition, payments made after April 1, 2026 shall include a late fee of $50.00.
See below for Blue Book information regarding dues outstanding after May 1:
Any member whose dues remain unpaid either wholly or in part, as of April 1st of any year shall be considered in delinquency and shall have his/her membership suspended not later than May 1st of that year. Such member shall be notified in writing of his/her suspension or expulsion and all occupants of his/her cottage or cottages prevented from the use of the beach or other Club facilities until such time as the suspended member is reinstated by ¾ vote of the membership committee and ¾ vote of the Trustees.
After May 1, 2026, members will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $350.00 and payments may only be made by check. For information regarding your account status, please contact the office via email: info@oceanbeach3.org.

Members who are outstanding in their payments to the Association will not be able to receive badges or vote.
