The maintenance team is available at the barn during the summer season 8 am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
OB3 Office Hours:
The office is located in the OB3 Clubhouse at the Bay Beach, second floor.
The office will be OPEN during the off-season, from September 8, 2026 through April 30, 2027 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During the off-season, the best way to contact the office is via email, info@oceanbeach3.org. Emails will be checked daily.

- Lifeguards: We will be hiring for the 2027 summer season. Additional information will be available in spring 2027. If you have any questions, or are interested, please contact our head lifeguard, Don MacCarrick at donmaccarrick@gmail.com.
Lifeguard Physical Requirements - Summer Social Event Coordinator. Help is needed planning and coordinating 2027 Summer Season social events. Please email info@oceanbeach3.org. Someone from the board will contact you to discuss.
- Beach Patrol/Badge Checker: Full-time Beach Patrol/Badge Checkers will be needed for the 2027 summer season. If you are interested, please email info@oceanbeach3.org.
- Maintenance: If you are interested in joining the OB3 maintenance team, please complete the Maintenance Team Job Application. Hours are flexible.
