The maintenance team is available at the barn during the summer season 8 am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
OB3 Office Hours:
The office is located in the OB3 Clubhouse at the Bay Beach, second floor. The Office is CLOSED until the summer season. The best way to contact the office is by email info@oceanbeach3.org. You can also leave a voice message by phone 732-793-3798. Someone will get back to you.
To report an accident, please complete the Accident Report form.
Public Parking Lots:
- Route 35 South & West Swordfish
- Route 35 South & West Amberjack
- Route 35 North between East Albacore & East Plover
- Route 35 South at the Clubhouse – No overnight parking at this lot at any time. After September 2024 until the clubhouse construction is completed, this parking lot will be closed.
- Parking of commercial or oversized vehicles is prohibited at all times on OBBC overflow parking lots. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicles larger in size than an SUV, minivan, or standard pickup truck, and trailers, whether or not they bear commercial license plates or logos. Violators will be towed at their own expense.

Lifeguard Physical Requirements - Summer Social Event Coordinator. Help is needed planning and coordinating 2026 Summer Season social events. Please email info@oceanbeach3.org. Someone from the board will contact you to discuss.
- Beach Patrol/Badge Checker: Full-time Beach Patrol/Badge Checkers will be needed for the 2026 summer season. If you are interested, please email info@oceanbeach3.org.
- Maintenance: If you are interested in joining the OB3 maintenance team, please complete the Maintenance Team Job Application. Hours are flexible.
