Ocean Beach 3 Semi-Annual Membership Meeting – NEW LOCATION
June 21 @ 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
All members are encouraged to attend the Spring Membership Meeting. The location of the meeting has changed. The meeting will be at the Ocean Beach Firehouse located at 40 Kittiwake Avenue, Lavallette, NJ 08735.
Members will also be able to participate in the meetings via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent out by email prior to the meeting date. Additional important information about this meeting can be found on the Members page.
Members in good standing may pick up badges at the clubhouse between 8 am and 9 am before the meeting begins.
2024 Merchandise will be available for sale at 50% off.
Perhaps you send the e-mail immediately announcing the change of dates. I, perchance, just perused the website and noticed this change. I am sure not everyone, or in fact anyone, checks website daily or go to website unless looking for something. Many ,probably, may have planned to attend and come down just for meeting this weekend. They will not be happy if they made the trip for nothing. Just common courtesy to notify members as soon as date was changed.
Agreed. An email was sent out, and I changed the website as soon as I knew. But yes, I also do not like last minute changes.
