At the time of application, OBBC will inform applicant whether a certificate of insurance or any other security deposit is required. In lieu of a certificate of insurance, a bond or cash deposit is acceptable. Permit-holder will inform OBBC immediately when the work is completed. The roads used by the permit-holder must be returned to their original condition, as deemed by the inspection of an OBBC official before vehicles leave the area. Security deposits will be returned once OBBC is satisfied as to the condition of the road. Any contractor that does not apply for the permit will be asked to stop work immediately and leave the area.
