New Clubhouse Grand Opening August 2025

In August 2025, our new clubhouse was completed and to celebrate we had a Grand Opening Party that included games for kids and adults, a huge bouncy house, a foam party, a BBQ and concert. Check out the fun and also beautiful Clubhouse interior.

Concerts at the Bay 2025

We planned several concerts at the bay this season, including Big Chief Banks, Rich Meyers and Black Rock Band.

Breakfast at the Bay 2025

We had a record crowd at our first 2025 Breakfast at the Bay! Join us next time for excellent breakfast sandwiches, coffee and conversation with your neighbors.

Sharon Andelora’s Celebration of Life

Former OB3 Board President and Trustee for over 20 years, Dr. Sharon Andelora, passed away on January 29, 2024. She had made significant contributions to our club over many years and she will be greatly missed. Easter Egg Hunt 2024

On March 30, 2024, 95 children enjoyed the Ocean Beach 3 Easter Egg Hunt at the beach. Thanks to all the children who participated and all who volunteered. Here’s some photos of the action.

Progress at the New OB3 Clubhouse
