New Clubhouse Member Input Survey

After the old clubhouse was demolished in September 2023, the Clubhouse Committee compiled a survey for the members to provide input. This survey was sent to the membership in November 2023. Unfortunately, some options were dictated by CAFRA, the State of New Jersey, etc., and totally out of our control. Samples of the roofing, siding, flooring and paint colors are available in the OB3 office.

We appreciate your input regarding the following questions related to the building of our new clubhouse. A total of 48 surveys were received. Not every survey responded to every question. Below are the results of the survey. Majority vote is highlighted:
