INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT OF 2025 MEMBERSHIP DUES and OTHER OUTSTANDING FEES
For 2025, membership annual dues is $772.00. Membership dues were due April 1, 2025. Since it is now after April 1, 2025, a late fee of $50.00 is now also due, a total of $822.00.
At this time there is only one way to make payment, by check. Credit card payment is not available at this time.
When you send your check, please include your Invoice Number, located on the top of your OB3 invoice. Your Invoice Number is REQUIRED to complete the payment process.
CHECKS: Make checks payable to Ocean Beach and Bay Club, and mail them to:

Lavallette, New Jersey 08735.
*** Please include the Invoice Number in your check.
If you have not paid your 2025 OB3 Member Dues, your membership has been suspended as of May 3, 2025. If your payment continued to be outstanding for 60 days, you will be subject to an automatic re-initiation fee of $350.00. Please note, under no circumstances will late fees/penalties be waived.
Members who remain outstanding in their payments to the Association will not be able to receive badges or vote.
