SUMMARY:Grounds Inspections
DESCRIPTION:The 2026 OB3 home grounds inspection will be held Monday\, April 27 through Friday\, May 1\, 2026. \nPlease check the grounds expectations\, Rule #18M quoted below\, if you have any questions. \nAny member not passing the grounds inspection will not receiving their beach badges for the 2026 season. \nBy-Law Rule #18M. The Grounds Committee will inspect and judge the conditions and appearance of all houses and grounds. Members whose houses fall into disrepair\, have weed overgrowth\, are littered with debris\, and/or in need of paint\, etc. shall be notified of the violation in writing. The owners will be expected to correct the problem by a given date. If the violation is allowed to continue\, suspension proceeding will follow\, and the member will be offered alternate dispute resolution. \nSIGNS: The use of any type\, or kind of sign\, whatsoever\, on any part of your property is not permitted. If you have a sign on your property it is a violation. \nCONTAINERS: All trash/recycling containers must be placed at the rear or driveway side of your house immediately adjacent to your house. In the event a house is raised\, containers may be stored under the house.

Connect with nature as we take in the senses with the ocean as our backdrop. All levels are welcome. Bring a large towel or blanket\, water and an open heart! \nCost is $10 (please bring CASH)\, all proceeds going to OB3 recreation. \nAbout the instructor: Mich\, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)\, taught Saturday morning yoga last summer. She\, along with her family\, have been OB3 residents for almost 30 years.
