DESCRIPTION:Join us for a beach inspired flow class. Connect with nature as we take in the senses with the ocean as our backdrop. All levels are welcome. Bring a large towel or blanket\, water and an open heart! \nCost is $10 (please bring CASH)\, all proceeds going to OB3 recreation. \nAbout the instructor: Mich\, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)\, taught Saturday morning yoga last summer. She\, along with her family\, have been OB3 residents for almost 30 years.
