DESCRIPTION:During the OB3 Emergency Board Meeting on 2/13/2024 the Board voted to present the sale of the office located at 101 West Sea Way & Rt. 35 North in the amount of $425\,000. This is a cash offer negotiated from an initial offer of $375\,000 with an asking price of $450\,000. As was seen by the unanimous Board of Trustees vote to present this offer to the membership\, this is a great opportunity.  \nThe funds received from this sale will go directly toward the construction of our new clubhouse\, which is well underway. The funding plan for the Clubhouse has always included the sale of our office.
