DESCRIPTION:2026 beach badges will be available for pickup on the following dates and times on the 2nd floor of our new clubhouse: \n\n\n 	Saturday\, June 13: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM\n\n 	Sunday\, June 14: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM\n\n\nDuring the summer season\, badges can be obtained at the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse at the Bay Beach daily from 10 am to 2 pm. \n\n\nEach cottage receives 8 beach badges. Additional season badges can be purchased for $175 per badge. Badges are only distributed to members in good standing who have no violations or payments outstanding. If you are doing construction\, you will not be able to pick up badges until your lot is cleared and construction has ended on.\nBadges will only be issued to homeowner whose name is on the deed. When you pick up your badges\, please plan to provide your State-issued photo ID for personal identification. If you need someone else will pick up your badges\, you must first notify the office in advance by email to info@oceanbeach3.org. Include your name\, address\, and the name of the adult authorized to pick up. (Photo ID required.) \n\nUse this form to purchase Renter badges. Never give Member badges to renters. \n\nEach cottage will receive ONE (1) parking hang tag to display on your rear-view mirror when parking in OB3 parking areas with the distribution of badges. Due to limited parking\, no additional parking hang tags can be purchased.
