DESCRIPTION:Come out and meet your OB3 Neighbors and make some memories. \n\nApproximately 250 Members have signed up. Reminder members are free\, Guests are $5 each.  \nThere will be a table to sign-in\, and to pay. \nHamburgers\, Hot dogs\, Potato Salad\, Baked Beans will be served starting at 4:00 PM\nSoda and Water will be available – or BYOB\nActivities include bocce ball\, corn hole\, sack races\, tug of war\nGift Auction begins at 4:00 PM.  $5 for a sheet of tickets. Winners will be announced at 6:00 PM\nMusic by Mike Sinatra from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. \nOur own Thomas Lurker\, 731 Photography\, has generously offered to photograph families from 4:30-7:00 PM. We are requesting a $20 donation. All donations will benefit the OBBC social activities. We will schedule a time for your photo memory when you check in.\nVolunteers are needed to setup and break down and to help man the grill. SUMMARY:Grounds Inspection Begins
DESCRIPTION:We will begin our grounds inspections of your properties on May 9\, 2022. Your property must be free of debris and weeds\, and the outside of your home must be in good condition. Homeowners will be notified of any violations that are observed.  The deadline for taking care of violations is June 1\, 2022   All violations must be taken care of before members can receive their 2022 beach badges.
