This is a cash offer negotiated from an initial offer of $375\,000 with an asking price of $450\,000. As was seen by the unanimous Board of Trustees vote to present this offer to the membership\, this is a great opportunity.  \nThe funds received from this sale will go directly toward the construction of our new clubhouse\, which is well underway. The funding plan for the Clubhouse has always included the sale of our office. Without the sale of this property\, we could all be facing a special assessment of $500. \nThe Board of Trustees invites all members to a Special Membership Meeting on Monday\, March 4th at 7:00pm. This meeting will be hosted on ZOOM and for anyone who wishes to attend in person at the club office.
