SUMMARY:Annual OB3 Membership Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Fall Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday\, October 26\, 2024\, beginning at 9 am\, at the Ocean Beach Firehouse\, 40 Kittiwake Avenue\, Lavallette\, NJ. Members can attend this meeting in person or by Zoom. The meeting invitation and Zoom link has been sent out by email to all members\, except for those who have requested to be informed by US mail. In those cases\, the information has been mailed to them with their Ballot. \n\n\n\nAll members are encouraged to attend this important meeting. After the meeting\, the members will vote to approve the minutes to the June 1\, 2024 meeting\, the proposed 2025 Budget (sent to members by email or US mail)\, the 2025 Board of Trustees\, and two proposed By Law changes (included in the Ballot). You can view the Trustee candidates Bios\, click here. \n\n\n\nThe sample Ballot can be viewed\, click here. \n\n\n\nA portion of the meeting will be used to answer your questions. You may ask your questions at the meeting or email your questions ahead of time to be answered at the meeting to info@oceanbeach3.org.  You must identify yourself and cottage address when asking a question. Questions must be received by October 23\, 2024. \n\n  \n\nIt is important to note\, this budget was not exclusively prepared by the Board of Trustees but prepared by a committee of qualified volunteer members with input from each committee lead. We thank them for their time and ask for your support.  Members will receive their Ballot via the email on file at the OB3 Office unless they have indicated that they prefer to receive US Mail. The email will be sent by Simply Voting with instructions. Voting begins 3 pm\, Saturday\, October 26 and will conclude 6 pm Tuesday\, October 29.
