Employment Application

Guest Badge Application
Applicant will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Ocean
Beach & Bay Club
and pay a Badge Fee of $75 per week, per
cottage for 8 badges. No exceptions
will be made to this policy.
Applicant understands that he/she is responsible for
the behavior
of their occupants. This application must be completed and
returned
with full payment for badges. If not received 30 days prior to stay,
a
$10 penalty
will be assessed. The Applicant will be responsible for
picking up
guest badges at
the Ocean Beach Rental Office on the first
day of the rental
period.
